The Acuo Home Experience: What to expect

How do I get the program?

  • The program will be accessible through a personal account via a mobile device or website (iOS and Android).

What is included with Acuo Home?

  • 5 Programmed workouts each week.
  • Weekly video call, previewing and explaining each workout.
  • Access to the livestream and archive of all classes.
  • Email check-ins with our coaches – we respond within 1 business day (usually much sooner)

What equipment do I need?

We provide three versions of each workout – Full Gym, Equipment Light, and No Equipment. So to get started, you all you need is an area that you can safely move in.

Over time, if you want to start adding to your home gym, this is a general list of what we recommend:

What if I need coaching help?

 

We have a video call every week where we preview the upcoming week’s workouts. This is a place to ask questions and to get help with any substitutions or scaling that is needed. If you can’t make the call, no worries-  we record them for you to watch at your convenience.  We are also always reachable via email.

 

How do get connected?
