We are excited to have a 2,500 square foot facility that is dedicated to our youth. This space is 2 doors down from our main area and has been set up to be a safe and fun environment to teach young people healthy habits that will help them live healthy lives in the future.

Our program has 3 programs:

1) Minis - Ages 4-6: focuses on building a foundation of core strength, stability, and mobility.
2) Kids - Ages 7-12: focuses on maintaining and refining proper posture and body mechanics - combating negative effects that long durations of sitting, screen time, and life in general can have on posture, strength, and mobility.
3) Teens - Ages 13-18: focuses on preparing young people to take ownership of their physical fitness and giving them tools that will carry them into adulthood.

Our program is directed by Rachel Long who has over a decade of experience coaching competitive gymnastics and CrossFit. She is a Level 1 CrossFit and CrossFit Kids Trainer, USAW Sports Performance Coach, and USA Gymnastics Safety Certified.

All coaches at Acuo CrossFit undergo background checks and regular training for Sexual Abuse Awareness through Abuse Prevention Systems.
