Come in for our 9:30 AM team WOD and do a variation of one of the 2014 CrossFit Regional team events. We'll also be open from 10:30 - 11:30 AM for Open Gym (no formal class, work on what you want). See you in the gym! WOD In teams of 2:

One person rows 500m while the other completes 100 double-unders or 200 singles. Once both partners finish, switch so that each person completes the row and jump ropes.

Then complete as a team: 50 Deadlifts - alternate every 5 reps and partner not working must hold top of deadlift 50 Toes-to-bar - alternate every 5 reps and partner not working must hang from bar
