Team Mini-Games

Event 1:
3 minute AMRAP of:
Wall Ball over pull up ring (shoot wall ball over bar to partner on other side)

Event 2:
20 Reps of:
Tire flip as a pair then both people jump into the middle of the tire and out the other side (after the tire is completely flipped)

Event 3:
As a team, with only one person working at a time, complete:
30 Pull ups (or Ring Rows)
40 Air Squats
50 Sit ups
Then, with remaining time, row for calories (final score = calories; only one person rows at a time)
