Another week of the Open is here and that means another Friday Night Lights celebration! The fun starts at 7pm. Bring an entree, side dish or dessert to share if you can.

Reminder: if you are registered for the CrossFit Open, you need a judge to score your workout. If you come in during a regular class today through Monday you'll need to find a judge. The coach's priority in each class is to manage the class so we appreciate everyone's help with this. Thank you!

CrossFit Games Open 15.4
Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
3 handstand push-ups
3 cleans
6 handstand push-ups
3 cleans
9 handstand push-ups
3 cleans
12 handstand push-ups
6 cleans
15 handstand push-ups
6 cleans
18 handstand push-ups
6 cleans
21 handstand push-ups
9 cleans
Etc., adding 3 reps to the handstand push-up each round, and 3 reps to the clean every 3 rounds.
Men clean 185 lb.
Women clean 125 lb.

10 Push presses, 10 cleans
Men - Push press = 95, Clean = 115
Women - Push press = 65, Clean = 75
