For those of you that are new to CrossFit, you may have heard us explain the "CrossFit Girls" a few times now. We've done a couple of these "benchmark" workouts and today we're doing one of the more notorious ones: Fran. Fran, described below, is short and highly intense workout and needs to be scaled to your abilities so that you can achieve high intensity. On benchmark days, we don't program any strength or skill work so that we can give our full attention and energy to the workout. You will probably have a good idea after you finish today why this is one of the more famous of the Girls. Have fun!
