Happy Birthday, Lee! Today we're doing Lee's birthday WOD.

Also, we sent our first mass email from the gym last night! We want to make sure everyone knows that we will have limited hours on Friday; we'll be open at 4 PM, 5 PM, 6 PM and 7 PM only. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
