There are no formal classes or instruction during Open Gym. Here is what we recommend: - Make up a missed workout from earlier in the week - Work on a skill (double-unders, muscle-up transitions, etc.) - Find your 1 rep max on a lift you haven't tested yet (or haven't tested in a while) - Retest a workout you struggled with months ago and evaluate your progress
