WOD Max back squats in 60 seconds followed by 30 seconds of rest, then 400m run, then 2 minutes of rest. Then Max back squats in 45 seconds followed by 30 seconds of rest, then 400m run, then 2 minutes of rest. Then Max back squats in 30 seconds followed by 30 seconds of rest, then 400m run, then 2 minutes of rest. Then Max back squats in 15 seconds followed by 30 seconds of rest, then 400m run, then 2 minutes of rest.
