The 2014 Reebok CrossFit Open is officially underway! The first workout (named simply "14.1") was announced Thursday night and it will be our WOD for today. This will continue for the next 5 weeks. Anyone registered to compete in the Open will need to have their workout judged in order for their score to be valid.

As a reminder, we are hosting Friday Night Lights at the gym tonight starting at 6pm. It's potluck style so bring a dish to share if possible. Otherwise, just bring yourself and a voice ready to cheer people on!
