The CrossFit Open is upon us! Even if you aren't formally participating in the event, every Friday for the next 5 weeks we'll be doing the Open workouts as a gym. Additionally, Friday nights at 7pm we'll make a party out of it. Come and do the workout then or just come to watch and eat some food. We'll fire up the grill so bring your own meat and/or a dish to share and cheer everyone on!

9 minute AMRAP of:
15 Toes-to-bar
10 Deadlift (115/75)
5 Snatch (115/75)
Then, when the clock hits 9:01, you have 6 minutes to establish a 1 rep max clean and jerk.
