Acuo CrossFit Kids
Our Kids program is designed to give your 7-12 year-old foundational skills that will lead to a lifetime of healthy living. We also want to show our young people that making healthy decisions with regard to physical fitness can be enjoyable.
Rachel, our Kids coach has 15 years of coaching gymnastics and CrossFit. She has experience with youth from ages 3-18, even coaching gymnasts on to NCAA Division I scholarships. Her vision is to provide an environment for youth that encourages them to be healthier, stronger versions of themselves.
Fall 2017: October 4 - December 20 - Registration Closed
Winter 2018: January 3 - March 21 - Registration Open
